By confirming your order, you acknowledge having read these general conditions of sale and accept them in their entirety.
Michèle Pincemin reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, the applicable conditions are those in force at the time of the order.
When the buyer receives his order, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to him.

Delivery
Orders are shipped within 2 to 4 days, after receipt of payment (paypal or credit card), the delivery date depends on the place of delivery. Personal delivery or collection in store is possible in Paris.
The works on paper are shipped unframed by post with tracking number, or Mondial Relay (on buyer's request), in a reinforced envelope or rigid cardboard envelope depending on the type of product up to the 30x40cm format, beyond this format the shipment is made in tube. The works shipped in tubes are to be laid flat under large books for 1 to 2 days to resume their initial shape.
Delivery is free for France and Europe (except for books).
If you want another delivery method than the one proposed, please contact Michèle Pincemin via the contact form before finalizing your order, in order to determine another mode of transport, in this case delivery costs will be applied.
The illustrated books are sent by post with a tracking number, transport costs apply during the validation of the order according to the weight.

Payment
Payments must be made in cash, the cash payment discount is 0%
The site www.michele-pincemin.com accepts the following payment methods:
- credit card: Payments are made online using the secure payment platform Stripe.
- Paypal: via your Paypal account.
Payment by bank transfer is also possible.
Payments by check are not accepted. A paper invoice will be attached to your order.
The penalty in the event of late payment is 10% of the amount of the order to which is added € 40 of lump sum compensation for collection costs (law n ° 2012-387 of March 22, 2012 in force since January 1, 2013).
Order cancellation and returns
Pursuant to article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, from the date of receipt of his order the buyer has a period of fourteen working days to return at his expense the products that are not not suitable for an exchange or a refund. All cancellation, return and exchange requests must be sent by email to the address: mpincemin.art@orange.fr
In the event of cancellation and return within this 14-day period, only the price of the returned product (s) will be refunded. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unaltered. Otherwise, the products will not be refunded, returned or exchanged.

You can, on this site view items for personal and private purposes only.
